Ein institutsbezogenes Sicherungssystem kann als Einlagensicherungssystem amtlich anerkannt werden, wenn es den Voraussetzungen gemäß Artikel 113 Absatz 7 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 575/2013 erfüllt und den Anforderungen dieser Richtlinie genügt.
