DIRECTIVE 2014/49/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on deposit guarantee schemes (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union
By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article, Member States may ensure that the following are included up to the coverage level laid down in Article 6(1): (a) deposits held by personal pension schemes and occupational pension schemes of small or medium-sized enterprises; (b) deposits held by local authorities with an annual budget of up to EUR 500 000.
