‘Article 65a Cooperation with EIOPA Member States shall ensure that the supervisory authorities cooperate with EIOPA for the purposes of this Directive in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010. Member States shall ensure that the supervisory authorities provide EIOPA, without delay, with all the information necessary to carry out its duties in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010.’;
