EBA may develop draft regulatory technical standards to specify the following criteria for the purposes of paragraphs 1, 3 and 9 of this Article, and for the purposes of Article 74: (a) the methodology for assessing the value of the assets and liabilities of the institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1); (b) the separation of the valuations under Articles 36 and 74; (c) the methodology for calculating and including a buffer for additional losses in the provisional valuation.
