Competent authorities shall exercise the supervisory powers including, investigatory powers and powers to impose remedies, referred to in Article 69 and the powers to impose sanctions referred to in Article 70 in accordance with their national legal frameworks: (a) directly; (b) in collaboration with other authorities; (c) under their responsibility by delegation to entities to which tasks have been delegated pursuant to Article 67(2); or (d) by application to the competent judicial authorities.
