Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

The notified body which issued the European approval for materials shall withdraw that approval if it finds that it should not have been issued or if the type of materials is covered by a harmonised standard. It shall immediately inform the other Member States, the notified bodies and the Commission of any withdrawal of an approval.
