Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

In designating the user inspectorates, the Member States shall apply the requirements set out in Article 25 and ensure that the group of which the inspectorate is part applies the criteria referred to in the second sentence of paragraph 3 of this Article.
