Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Member States shall ensure that appropriate restrictive measures, such as withdrawal of the equipment or assembly from the market, are taken in respect of the equipment or assembly concerned without delay.
