Article 3 › 1

Annex I shall include natural persons who, in accordance with Article 2 of Decision 2014/145/CFSP, have been identified by the Council as being responsible for actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and natural or legal persons, entities or bodies associated with them.
