Regulation (EU) No 283/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 on guidelines for trans-European networks in the area of telecommunications infrastructure and repealing Decision No 1336/97/EC Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Horizontal actions shall meet either of the following criteria in order to be eligible for funding: prepare or support implementation actions in their deployment, governance and address existing or emerging implementation problems; create new demand for digital service infrastructures.
