Regulation (EU) No 283/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 on guidelines for trans-European networks in the area of telecommunications infrastructure and repealing Decision No 1336/97/EC Text with EEA relevance · European Union

The achievement of the specific objectives set out in Article 3 shall be measured ex post, inter alia, on the basis of: the availability of digital service infrastructures, measured by the number of Member States connected to each digital service infrastructure; the percentage of citizens and businesses using digital service infrastructures and the availability of such services across borders; the volume of investments attracted in the field of broadband, and the leverage effect, for projects funded through contributions from public sources referred to in point (b) of Article 5(5).
