(35) The Expert Group should also cooperate with those entities involved in the implementation of this Regulation, such as local and regional authorities, internet access providers, public network administrators and component manufacturers as well as national regulatory authorities and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), established by Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office (OJ L 337, 18.12.2009, p.1). .
