Each exporter referred to in Article 19(1) shall report on: the quantities of each substance listed in Annexes I and II that it has exported from the Union other than to be recycled, reclaimed or destroyed; any quantities of each substance listed in Annexes I and II that it has exported from the Union to be recycled, reclaimed and destroyed, respectively.
