diseases with impact on human health; diseases with impact on animal health, taking into consideration their potential spread and the morbidity and mortality rates in animal population; diseases and zoonoses which risk being introduced and/or re-introduced into the Union territory from third countries; diseases which have the potential to generate a crisis situation with serious economic consequences; diseases with impact on trade with third countries and intra-EU trade.
