Decisions 66/399/EEC, 76/894/EEC and 2009/470/EC are repealed. References to Decisions 66/399/EEC and 76/894/EEC shall be construed as references to Article 58(1) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002. References to Decision 2009/470/EC shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
