The Board's administrative and management structure shall comprise: a plenary session of the Board, which shall perform the tasks referred to in Article 50; an executive session of the Board, which shall perform the tasks referred to in Article 54; a Chair, which shall perform the tasks referred to in Article 56; a Secretariat, which shall provide the necessary administrative and technical support on the performing of all the tasks assigned to the Board.
