COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine · European Union
The prohibitions in paragraph 1 shall be without prejudice to the execution of an obligation arising from a contract or an agreement concluded before 1 August 2014, and to the provision of assistance necessary to the maintenance and safety of existing capabilities within the EU.
