Council Regulation (EU) No 959/2014 of 8 September 2014 amending Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine · European Union

The following point is added to Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) No 269/2014: ‘(e) natural or legal persons, entities or bodies conducting transactions with the separatist groups in the Donbass region of Ukraine.’ .
