Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1022/2014 of 26 September 2014 amending for the 220th time Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with the Al-Qaeda network · European Union

(2) On 9 September 2014, the Sanctions Committee of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) decided to amend one entry on its list of persons, groups and entities to whom the freezing of funds and economic resources should apply. Moreover, one individual should be removed from the list as this individual should be listed under Council Regulation (EU) No 753/2011 Council Regulation (EU) No 753/2011 of 1 August 2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain individuals, groups, undertakings and entities in view of the situation in Afghanistan (OJ L 199, 2.8.2011, p. 1). and one existing entry should be further amended to include additional identifying information in accordance with the decision of the UNSC of 15 August 2014.
