For the purposes of implementing actions, the Commission shall, by 8 June 2016, adopt implementing acts establishing a rolling work programme for the entire period of application of this Decision. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 12(2). The Commission shall adopt implementing acts amending that rolling work programme at least once a year. The rolling work programme shall identify, prioritise, document, select, design, implement, operate and evaluate actions, promote their results and, subject to Article 11(5), suspend or terminate their financing.
