Directive 2007/46/EC is amended as follows: in Annex I, the following points are added: ‘12.8. eCall system 12.8.1. Presence: yes/no (^(1)) 12.8.2. technical description or drawings of the device: …’ ; in Annex III, Part I, section A, the following points are added: ‘12.8. eCall system 12.8.1.
