(22) Manufacturers should implement all the necessary measures in order to comply with the rules on privacy and data protection set out in this Regulation in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union OJ C 326, 26.10.2012, p. 391. .
