Without prejudice to paragraph 4, the coordinator may accede to such a request, after consulting the insolvency practitioners involved, where he or she is satisfied that, taking into account the stage that the group coordination proceedings has reached at the time of the request, the criteria set out in points (a) and (b) of Article 63(1) are met; or all insolvency practitioners involved agree, subject to the conditions in their national law.
