Article 92

Regulation (EU) 2015/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on insolvency proceedings (recast) · European Union

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 26 June 2017, with the exception of: Article 86, which shall apply from 26 June 2016; Article 24(1), which shall apply from 26 June 2018; and Article 25, which shall apply from 26 June 2019.
