Rustam Ilmirovich Temirgaliev (Рустам Ильмирович Темиргалиев) DOB: 15.8.1976 POB: Ulan-Ude, Buryat ASSR (Russian SFSR) As former Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, Temirgaliev played a relevant role in the decisions taken by the Verkhovna Rada concerning the ‘referendum’ against territorial integrity of Ukraine.
