In order to ensure uniform disclosure of data but also to take account of the specificities of different types of SFTs and total return swaps, ESMA may, taking into account the requirements laid down in Directives 2009/65/EC and 2011/61/EU as well as evolving market practices, develop draft regulatory technical standards further specifying the content of Section A of the Annex. Power is delegated to the Commission to adopt the regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph in accordance with Articles 10 to 14 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
