In order to reflect evolving market practices or to ensure uniform disclosure of data, ESMA may, taking into account the requirements laid down in Directives 2009/65/EC and2011/61/EU, develop draft regulatory technical standards further specifying the content of Section B of the Annex. In preparing the draft regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph, ESMA shall take into account the need to allow for a sufficient time before their application. Power is delegated to the Commission to adopt the regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph in accordance with Articles 10 to 14 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
