the activities refer to either of the following insurance-based investment products: contracts which only provide investment exposure to the financial instruments deemed non-complex under Directive 2014/65/EU and do not incorporate a structure which makes it difficult for the customer to understand the risks involved; or other non-complex insurance-based investments for the purpose of this paragraph;
