If the decision of the Agency is not positive, it shall be duly substantiated by the Agency. The applicant may, within one month of receipt of such a decision, submit a reasoned request that the Agency review its decision. The Agency shall confirm or reverse its decision within two months of the date of receipt of the request. If the Agency confirms its initial decision, the applicant is entitled to bring an appeal before the Board of Appeal established under Article 55 of Regulation (EU) 2016/796.
