Directive (EU) 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the interoperability of the rail system within the European Union (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The keeper shall immediately declare any modification to the data entered in the vehicle registers, the destruction of a vehicle or its decision to no longer register a vehicle, to the Member State where the vehicle has been registered.
