Directive (EU) 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the interoperability of the rail system within the European Union (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Without prejudice to paragraph 4 of this Article, vehicles which need to be authorised between 15 June 2016 and 16 June 2019 shall be subject to the provisions set out in Chapter V of Directive 2008/57/EC.
