Directive (EU) 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the interoperability of the rail system within the European Union (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

In the cases referred to in points (a) and (b) of paragraph 1, the Member State concerned shall communicate to the Commission its decision not to apply one or more TSIs or parts of them.
