Directive (EU) 2016/798 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on railway safety (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council by 16 June 2021, and every 5 years thereafter, a report on the implementation of this Directive, in particular to monitor the effectiveness of the measures for the issuing of single safety certificates.
