Emission reduction commitments for sulphur dioxide (SO_(2)), nitrogen oxides (NO_(x)) and non-methane volatile organic compounds (NMVOC). The reduction commitments have the year 2005 as base year, and for road transport, apply to emissions calculated on the basis of fuels sold .
