Regulation (EU) 2016/424 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on cableway installations and repealing Directive 2000/9/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The cableway installation, the subsystems and all the safety components shall be designed and constructed in such a way as to ensure that they can be safely assembled and put into place.
