Regulation (EU) 2016/426 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on appliances burning gaseous fuels and repealing Directive 2009/142/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The manufacturer shall draw up a written EU declaration of conformity and keep it at the disposal of the national authorities for 10 years after the appliance or the fitting has been placed on the market. The EU declaration of conformity shall identify the appliance or the fitting for which it has been drawn up.
