(1) Directive 2009/142/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive 2009/142/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 relating to appliances burning gaseous fuels (OJ L 330, 16.12.2009, p. 10). lays down rules for the placing on the market and the putting into service of appliances burning gaseous fuels (‘appliances’).
