Operators shall only move kept terrestrial animals from their establishments and receive such animals if the animals in question fulfil the following conditions: they come from establishments that have been: registered by the competent authority in accordance with Article 93; or approved by the competent authority in accordance with Articles 97(1) and 98, when required by Article 94(1) or Article 95; or granted a derogation from the registration requirement laid down in Article 84; they fulfil the identification and registration requirements laid down in Articles 112, 113, 114, 115 and 117 and the rules adopted pursuant to Articles 118 and 120.
