1.

The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 264 concerning: residency periods as referred to in point (b) of Article 130; the period of time necessary in order to limit the introduction of kept ungulates or poultry into establishments prior to movement as provided for in point (c) of Article 130; supplementary requirements to ensure that kept ungulates and poultry do not pose a significant risk for the spread of listed diseases as referred to in point (d) of Article 9(1), as provided for in point (d) of Article 130); other necessary risk-mitigation measures supplementing the requirements laid down in Article 130.
