1.

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 264 concerning: the animal health requirements for movements of wild terrestrial animals provided for in points (a) and (b) of Article 155(1); the animal health requirements for the introduction of wild terrestrial animals when they are moved from the wild into establishments; the types of movements of wild terrestrial animals for which, or the situations in which, an animal health certificate or other document is required to accompany such movements, and the requirements concerning the contents of such certificates or other documents; the notification by the competent authority of the Member State of origin to the competent authority of the Member State of destination in the case of movements of wild terrestrial animals between Member States, and the information to be included in such notification.
