The reports provided for in paragraph 1 shall include information on: the detection of the listed diseases referred to in paragraph 1; the results of surveillance when required in accordance with rules adopted in accordance with point (d)(ii) of Article 29 or point (b)(ii) of Article 30(1); the results of surveillance programmes when required in accordance with Article 28(3) and rules adopted in accordance with point (d)(ii) of Article 29 or point (b)(ii) of Article 30(1); eradication programmes when required in accordance with Article 34 and rules laid down in an implementing act adopted in accordance with Article 35.
