The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 264 concerning: the requirement for advance notification by operators, in accordance with Article 219, of movements between Member States of aquatic animals of species or categories other than those referred to in points (a), (b) and (c) of Article 219(1), where traceability of such movements is necessary in order to ensure compliance with the animal health requirements laid down in this Chapter; the information needed in order to notify movements of aquatic animals as provided for in Articles 219 and 220(1); derogations from the notification requirements provided for in point (c) of Article 219(1) for species and categories of aquatic animals or types of movements which pose an insignificant risk; the emergency procedures for notification of movements of aquatic animals in the event of power cuts or other disturbances of Traces; the requirements for the designation of regions by Member States as provided for in Article 220(3).
