The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 264 concerning requirements and detailed rules on the animal health certificate to accompany products of animal origin other than live aquatic animals, as referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, taking into account: the types of products of animal origin concerned; the risk-mitigation measures applied to the products concerned which reduce the risks of the spread of diseases; the intended use of those products; the place of destination of those products.
