The animal health certificate for products of animal origin from aquatic animals, other than live aquatic animals, shall contain at least the following information: the establishment or place of origin and the establishment or place of destination; a description of the products of animal origin concerned; the quantity (numbers, volume or weight) of the products of animal origin; the identification of the products of animal origin, when required by point (h) of Article 65(1) or by any rules adopted pursuant to Article 67; the information needed to demonstrate that the products concerned fulfil the movement restriction requirements provided for in Article 222(2) and in any rules adopted pursuant to Article 222(3).
