animals: intended for circuses, events, exhibitions, display, shows and confined establishments; intended to be used for scientific or diagnostic purposes; for which the Union is not the final destination; which originate in the Union and which are moved to a third country or territory, and are then moved back to the Union from that third country or territory; which originate in the Union and which are transported through a third country or territory en route to another part of the Union; which are intended for grazing purposes on a temporary basis, in the vicinity of the Union's borders; which pose an insignificant risk to the animal health status within the Union;
