‘germinal product establishment’ means: in relation to semen, an establishment where semen is collected, produced, processed or stored; in relation to oocytes and embryos, a group of professionals or structure supervised by a team veterinarian competent to perform the collection, production, processing and storage of oocytes and embryos; in relation to hatching eggs, a hatchery;
