Operators keeping animals and products in a restricted zone as provided for in Article 64(1) shall notify to the competent authority intended movements of kept animals and products within or out of the restricted zone in question. In so far as the competent authority has imposed notification obligations in accordance with point (b) of Article 65(2), the operators concerned shall notify in accordance with those obligations.
