Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on transmissible animal diseases and amending and repealing certain acts in the area of animal health (‘Animal Health Law’) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States may take disease control measures additional to those provided for in Article 55, Article 61(1), Article 62, Article 65(1) and (2) and Article 68(1) and in any delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 63, Article 67 and Article 68(2), provided that such measures respect the rules laid down in this Regulation and are necessary and proportionate to control the spread of a listed disease as referred to in point (a) of Article 9(1), taking into account:
