Article 46

The Agency's administrative and management structure shall comprise: a Management Board, which shall exercise the functions set out in Article 51; an Executive Board, which shall exercise the functions set out in Article 53; an Executive Director, who shall exercise the duties set out in Article 54; one or more Boards of Appeal, which shall exercise the functions set out in Articles 58 to 62.
