If the Agency requests it, in every second subsequent year, ENTSO for Electricity shall draft a report on long-term capacity calculation and allocation. If applicable, this report shall be submitted to the Agency together with the biennial report on the capacity calculation and allocation according to Article 31 of Regulation (EU) 2015/1222.
